April Brooks (Wendy Moniz) is a judge who made her first appearance in the May 10 episode “Greatest Hits.” Remy sought the judge’s help in a situation where he required a warrant but didn’t have enough probable cause.

What happened in FBI: Most Wanted Season 3 Episode 22? [Finale Quick recap]

In the Finale recap “A Man Without a Country,” the Fugitive Task Force investigates a murder-suicide involving an art heist. The picture is a $160 million Cézanne owned by Russian businessman Trofim Sarkov (Rudolf Martin), who is later shown to have planned the theft himself. When Remy finds out that Sarkov is involved, the team goes looking for him. Cornered, Sarkov retaliates. For their own safety, Remy, Hana (Keisha Castle-Hughes), and Kristin (Alexa Davalos) send their families to hide at an Army base.
But how did Sarkov know things about the agents that only their loved ones and people who work at the bureau know? Sarkov, of course, had someone working for him that he was blackmailing. Once the mole was found, he told the team that there was an immediate threat on the subway, which turned out to be poisonous gas after Remy and the team tested it. Sarkov tries to make a break for the Russian consulate. in the end he is confronted by a guard and then killed by a gunshot.
