Perry Mason Season 2 Episode 6 Recap

A young man makes an attempt to get a pair of shoes that are hanging from the power lines down to the ground. While he is wearing them, he realizes that the shoelaces are stained with blood. Paul delivers a summons to Holcomb, requiring him to provide evidence in court. Mason prepares a booby trap for his front door. He exits the building via the emergency exit. Anita extends an invitation to Della to relocate with her. The prosecution rests its case without presenting all of the evidence it may have added to its argument. This gives Perry and Della the creeps. Paul enlists Moris’ assistance in keeping watch over a specific location and documenting everything that takes happening there.

Holcomb pays Perry a visit and makes Perry an offer: in exchange for some information, he will not subpoena him to testify in the case. Pete makes an unsuccessful attempt to get into Perry’s flat. Della meets Camilla. Dinner is planned for Perry and Aimes at an Asian eatery tonight. During the court proceeding, Perry and Della pose questions to the councilman and discover a link between Brooks and the sister of the councilor. Della takes over the interrogation and succeeds in convincing the councilman that Brooks assaulted women who he had sexual relations with, which includes the councilman’s sister.  In agreement, Della will be moving in with Anita. In the prison, Rafael begins to lose his composure and taunts the guards who have been beating him.

Thomas puts a lot of responsibility on Pete to look into Perry’s defense and discover some information. Holcomb brings Perry to a location where they discover something strange about Lydell’s company. However, they have no idea what it could be. Paul belittles Morris’ performance on the job since Morris did not meet Paul’s standards. The following day in the courtroom, Thomas discloses that Perry is concealing the murder weapon at his workplace, and the judge orders him a visit to the location so that he can examine it for himself. They come across the rifle. Perry is racking his head in an attempt to identify the person who disclosed the firearms information. He finally decides to go with Miss Aimes. As Paul completes the task for which he had engaged Morris, he comes upon an intriguing individual.
