Tiago scours Sister Molly’s beach house for clues, leading to disquieting revelations. Councilwoman Beck proposes an alternate route for the Arroyo-Seco motorway, infuriating Townsend. Peter Craft invites Elsa to a party at his home, inflaming the suspicions of his wife Linda. Lewis asks the gangster Benny Berman to help battle the growing Nazi menace in LA. And after Josefina Vega has a harrowing encounter with the police, Mateo seeks retribution with his new Pachuco friends as Josefina pursues spiritual enlightenment with Sister Molly.

Michener grieves his lost companions and starts an examination concerning their homicides. Raul gets up in the medical clinic, admits he has no memory of the uproar, and consoles Mateo, who is furious about Tiago.

Councilman Townsend has torques tossed into his arrangement to construct the road, which comes full circle in a heartbreaking gathering with the Germans. Michener cross examines the little fellow seen eating with the Nazis, while Tiago and Molly talk and strike up a sentiment at Santa Monica Pier.

Art starts an issue with Elsa, welcoming her to join his hover of German companions. Mateo goes to the Crimson Cat and gets together Rico and Rio, another of Magda’s characters. In a closure montage, Michener takes a gander at an image of his dead companions, Molly falls down in her bolted room while her mom hollers outside, Townsend has a gay experience, Mateo gets his pachuco tattoo, while a sorrowful Tiago sits before the Hazlett documents, looking at the Popeye doll he won for Molly.
