Hightown Season 2 Episode 7 Recap

On Hightown Season 2 Episode 7, Charmaine and Aileen first arrive in Cape Cod. They wanted to rule the world. Then she woke up and rode the bus again. In a drunken rage, Renee’s mother questioned who was messaging her on Thanksgiving (with Frankie in the vicinity.) When Frankie Jr. entered, Frankie became enraged, yelling at the youngster, then at Renee. On edge about Jorge. Scintilla had to leave Thanksgiving dinner to go to the airport. Their film showed someone dropping off Jorge’s old school car before bailing. But there was nobody inside when Saintille opened the trunk. Jackie had been drinking with Rafael all night. On their intoxicated date, he told her he loved her and revealed a pride flag tattooed on his chest.

A trashy woman Rafael was sleeping with paid them a visit. It was time to collect and party after winning a football bet. Jackie then fell off the wagon and smoked coke. Charmaine went to see her Uncle Wayne and told him Aileen had died. Sick of the drug game. He persuaded her to stay as the Cape’s Queen. Janelle, the jail doctor, confronted Osito about the automobile he gave her. She feared being fired if discovered. If she scratched his back, he’d scratch hers. She declined his present but heeded his warning that his unit would be searched the next day. Osito was ready for a random prison search. It was empty. Osito later contacted Janelle before leaving and thanked her for the warning. Even though she grabbed him and kissed him back, she had to stop… Saintille went to Frankie and Renee’s to find Jorge. He said Jorge’s automobile was found at the airport, parked for 3 days by someone else. Frankie confronted the investigator about implicating his family in any charges and sent him on his way.

On their return, Frankie asked Renee to meet them and Charmaine. Renee snuck away to sex with Ray. She said his ex-girlfriend Saintille came to their house asking for Jorge. She asked him to use his former cop connections to find her intel. Jackie was so drunk with her father and his friend that she shared crack with them. “I guess nobody cares that I’m dead!” Daisy told her in a vision. She awoke. Rafa was fighting with his supplier to get more narcotics on credit. Rafael approached Jackie to ask for money to keep the celebration going. He also said the dealer liked her and wanted her to join him for more marijuana. He challenged her to join the party. Her father tried to sell her drugs while she was without a jacket. When Frankie and Renee met Charmaine, he wanted to temporarily halt their plan. He was about to be cut off when he decided to reassign Jorge’s duties to Renee. Ray met with DEA Agent Feliz Anay. Anay was enraged Ray let the Cuevas cousins out of jail owing to his ineptness. Ray inquired about Jorge’s surveillance. And Ray got shod away. Jackie returned home, washed up, and called Vince from the addicts’ group. Leslie knocked on her door, interrupting her desire for him to be her sponsor. Leslie came to chat about Daisy; she hadn’t heard from her CI in days. After Daisy didn’t respond, Jackie found her spare key. When she got home, she realized she hadn’t taken her birth control in days.

Jackie told Ray she thought Daisy had died. He stopped her from telling Saintille since she was inebriated. They had a quick verbal spat but recovered. Ray didn’t want her to get a DWI and offered her a place to stay. “We can make out a little but no dick stuff,” she joked, turning over to cuddle with him. Renee met Ray to discuss Jorge’s situation. He lied and said Jorge is a DEA CI. It’s a warning from the DEA. He then said the DEA may have installed a tracker on her car. She freaked out when she saw it, but he recommended she keep it in the car. Gain immunity by gathering intel on Frankie’s entire enterprise. When Renee returned home, Frankie awoke her. He invited her on a ride. She feared he’d murder her. He led her to an old RV to uncover a hoard of money. Frankie knew his cousin was dead when he saw it intact. If things got too hot, he’d use it. Can he trust Renee? So he determined to discover Jorge’s killer.
