A Million Little Things Season 4, Episode 15, “Fingers Crossed” brought us back to the sensation that is so evocative of the series. The show creator DJ Nash made his directorial debut, so it’s no surprise that the hour felt the most like the series we’ve grown to know and love in a long time. It hit all the right notes and reminded us that this group is more than just a family; there’s room for it to become much bigger. Gary has always felt like the series’ centrepiece and the glue that holds everything together for all intents and purposes. the hour focused on him. If You missed the episode. Maggie (Allison Miller), Eddie (David Giuntoli), Regina (Christina Moses), Rome (Romany Malco), and Katherine (Grace Park) await news of Gary’s operation. The doctor informs everyone that she believes they got the entire mass after a painful four-hour wait. They won’t know the outcome until the pathology report is received. Meanwhile, Gary and his hospital roommate, Harrison, argue over the television (Dan Bucatinsky). Harrison can’t believe he’s “in the room with Dr. Bloom” until Maggie walks in. He like Maggie’s radio show, but he believes Gary is a member of the Boston Bruins.

Gary deceives Harrison into believing he is Maggie’s ex-boyfriend, Camden (Ryan Hansen). Danny cleans Gary’s apartment and takes out the trash as Gary and Maggie return home. Despite his obvious distress about the possibility of his disease returning, Gary urges that they attend game night.

Later, Eddie shares his excitement about his new girlfriend, Anna Benoit, with his AA support group (Erin Karpluk). However, Eddie’s counsellor (Cyril Redillas) advises him not to enter into a meaningful relationship until he has been sober for a year. Regina can’t believe her parents continue to put her in the centre of everything. Ronald (Mario Van Peebles) is enraged that Shelly (Romy Rosemont) let their daughter to be near Neil after he sexually molested her as a child. Her mother, on the other hand, is irritated that Ronald holds her responsible for Neil’s conduct. Shelly attempts to talk to Ronald about it, but he blames her all the time. It makes Shelly believe that Regina’s injury was caused by her. She arrives at the game night upset and crying, but she refuses to stay. Regina departs in order to speak with her father. Ronald, on the other hand, does not comprehend Regina’s feelings until she expresses them to him.

When Katherine comes up with Greta Strobe (Cameron Esposito) for a game night. Everyone is delighted to meet her. Katherine and Eddie, on the other hand, have a lot of inside jokes that make things difficult. Anna’s drinking gets a side-eye from Katherine. Meanwhile, Eddie and Katherine create an excellent partnership, while Greta and Anna want to remain unnoticed. Anna consumes so much alcohol that she spills it all over Eddie and destroys her wine glass. When Katherine confronts Eddie about Anna’s drinking, he tells her that she has no right to know. Meanwhile, Gary is irritated with his buddies for sugarcoating his cancer fear. He does, however, concede to Rome that he is not in good health. Sophie later appears at Rome and Regina’s house to hug Gary. Despite the fact that Danny had prepared a lavish meal for Milo, he requested to go somewhere first. He went to Sophie’s concert to inform her about Gary’s cancer diagnosis. Sophie expresses her regret to both Gary and Maggie, and the three of them exchange hugs. Sophie informs Gary that she doesn’t agree with what he did to Peter, but she also understands that life is brief.

The next day, Dr. Stein (Jan Bos) informs Gary and Maggie of the wonderful news. The lump removed by the doctor was not malignant. Maggie and Gary discuss having a kid together again in the last seconds of the episode. Meanwhile, Greta chastises Katherine for acting as though she and Eddie are still married. Katherine should give Eddie an opportunity to live without her, she advises. Anna expresses her regret to Eddie for overindulging at the celebration. She explains that being around Katherine and his pals made her nervous. Eddie asks to be referred to as her girlfriend, and the two officially become a pair. Ronald takes a seat next to Regina and Shelly. He tells his ex-wife that he trusts her when she claims she has no recollection of what happened with Neil. Ron expresses regret to Shelly and assures her that he believes her. Maggie and Gary have stated that they want to live together and start a family.
